Los Bagels Co at 403 2nd Street, Eureka, California.

Oh man, this is a killer spot for breakfast. The bagels are delicious & moderately sized (I always feel like bagels are too big). They have lots of pickins for sandwich making including smoked salmon & chorizo. The coffee's on point. And the vibe is welcoming & fun. We spent 2 nights in Eureka on our Pacific coast journey & we ate here both mornings because it was so good. I only wish they would open a location in my town!

Stopped here for a late lunch on a Wed afternoon. I was asked 3 times if it was to go. They then made it for eating in. I then stated again that it was to go. The girl acted like she couldn’t believe that I asked for it to go, even though it was the 4th time I had shared that information. The bagels were cut in half, and something made my friend ill from eating the bagel with peanut butter. Not from that area, but wouldn’t recommend it.

Kinda tight sitting and often busy, but for a good reason. Dang good bagels, new selections and things to try all the time along with fun pastries with unique fillings. Definitely a must visit place for breakfast or brunch.
