Front desk customer service is in need of help, the same lady (i refuse to go to now) is always rude and very unhelpful. Very disappointed, switching banks this week.

I agree with the post above. I truly enjoy saying hello the Chase tellers. They are super nice people and I usually need envelopes, cashiers checks or other things that an ATM can't do. I was told by the person directing the long line that I could deposit a check at the ATM and it would automatically deposit as cash into my account-(it was a Chase account check deposit)-I was overdrawn and needed to make the deposit in order to avoid a fee and I also needed cash. I was assured that the ATM could do that for me but it didn't and the money wouldn't show in my account for 24 hours. I had to then wait for a banker to try to clear it but she couldn't.
I'm sure they really thought that getting the ATM' s would save them time and money but they are extremely problematic in my opinion and I no longer like to bank there.
